Terms And Conditions For Sponsorship Agreement

The Organizer may accept or refuse, at its discretion, the sponsorship application submitted by the Promoter of a signed Sponsorship Agreement. 6.5 You agree not to use the Event Marks in any way that we believe involves us entering into a partnership or business agreement (with the exception of sponsoring the Event) or supporting any part of your business, trade name or style. 2 TERM2.1 This Agreement begins on the Start Date and, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement, it is maintained for the remainder of the Term if it automatically terminates without notice3.1 Taking into account the Host`s obligations under this Agreement, the Sponsor shall pay the Sponsorship Fee to the Host. 3.2 The referral fee is paid by the Sponsor within 60 days from the date of the invoice issued by the Host Sponsor. 3.3 The Promoter agrees that the Host shall bear costs prior to the Event and reserves the right to provide advances on any portion of the Sponsorship Fee to cover such costs prior to the Event. 3.4 In the event of late payment, the Host reserves the right (and the Sponsor agrees to pay from time to time interest of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate) on any amount to be paid under this Agreement. This interest is due daily and is remunerated quarterly. 4 SPONSOR COMMITMENTS4.1 The Sponsor shall pay the Host the Sponsorship Fee provided for in clause 3.1.4.2 The Sponsor shall make available to the Host the Sponsor`s mark to be used in accordance with Annex 1 of the Form.4.3 The Sponsor shall provide (or obtain) the reasonable support that the Host needs to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.4.4 The Sponsor shall not provide any assurance: whether expressly or implicitly authorized or approved by the host….
